HOW TO PREPARE A TURMERIC ENEMA

ENEMA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

600-800ml - filtered water

Happy Bum Soothing Turmeric Blend

ENEMA RECIPE

HAPPY BUM BAG - METHOD

  1. Bring 600ml of water to a boil
  2. Add 1 Teaspoon of Happy Bum Anti Inflammatory Blend and stir well.
  3. Allow to cool to body temperature (37-38 degrees)
  4. Pour the solution into Happy Bum Bag and perform enema as directed
  5. Hold for 15 minutes and release

If you are short on time, you can add some more (purified) cold water, or ice cubes to speed up the process.

ENEMA RECIPE

HAPPY BUM BULB - METHOD

  1. Bring 300 ml of water to a boil
  2. Add 1/2 Teaspoon of Happy Bum Anti Inflammatory Blend and stir well.
  3. Allow to cool to body temperature (37-38 degrees)
  4. Place in Happy Bum Bulb and perform enema as directed
  5. Hold and retain indefinitely for full benefits

If you are short on time, you can add some more (purified) cold water, or ice cubes to speed up the process.
